Matched part numbers are counted as anonymous sightings — the tracked identifier only, no identity, no grouping, nothing that could reconstruct an inventory. Text that matches nothing never leaves your browser; if you want it tracked, use the email link under the results.
About the hardware check
Is my list uploaded anywhere?
No. The matching runs in your browser. Part numbers that match the database are counted as anonymous demand sightings: the tracked identifier only, with no account, no IP and no record of which parts were checked together. Text that matches nothing stays in your browser unless you choose to email it to us. The share link keeps the list in the part of the URL after #, which browsers do not send to any server.
What do I replace end-of-life hardware with?
Where the manufacturer names a successor in its end-of-life bulletin, the report shows it in the "Replace with" column and in the support-ends-by-year table. EOSL.ai never invents a replacement: if the vendor named none, the cell says so.
Can I share, print or export the report?
Yes. "Copy share link" gives a URL that rebuilds the same report from the current data for anyone who opens it, "Print / save as PDF" gives a clean document for a budget pack, and "Download CSV" exports every row with its dates, replacement and source URL.
